We booked through Air Canada vacations. Our tour guide/private driver was unbelievable. His name was Allyne. I recommend taking this tour and asking for Allyne! We seen so many beautiful things on this tour.

In a word - WOW! Our company hosted a conference at Coconut Bay Resort. We had about 100 travellers come for the conference. Spice Travel & Tours St. Lucia DID NOT disappoint! From meeting us at the airport, moving our travellers to the resort, the arrival experience was incredible. We also did the Land & Sea Experience, which was fantastic! The attention to detail on timing was flawless. Not only did Spice Travel & Tours do a great job moving us around, but they made sure they coordinated with the resort so that the entire team were on the same page. I cannot say enough about them! Mekeje was awesome to work with. Very attentive and quick to respond. Sherma and Mekeje make a great team! Thanks for helping make this conference such a huge success!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! This was a birthday trip, and they made it so special—coordinating transportation, greeting us with cool towels, water, and champagne upon arrival. The villa is breathtaking—huge, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. Each room was spacious and spotless, perfect for relaxing and celebrating. Sherma, the villa manager, is amazing—kind, caring, and full of great local suggestions. Clinton was so warm and thoughtful, he helped organize the breakfast and ensured we had coffee and tea waiting daily. Kareem made every meal delicious, especially the Lucian breakfast! For my birthday, Sherma and Tanya arranged a private dinner with wine that felt straight out of a dream. We spent days by the pool, music playing, wine in hand, snapping endless photos. This villa is worth every penny—luxury, comfort, and pure joy rolled into one. Highly, highly recommend!

This might have been our best trip ever! We were spoiled the entire week. Each day started with a fantastic breakfast and then a little relaxation by the beautiful pool. Then there was a short walk to your own private beach where you can fish or snorkel, even have an evening fire! There is another beach a short walk down the road. We also did an all inclusive day at the house where we were spoiled with food and drinks by the pool. Highly recommend taking an all day catamaran trip. We did that the last day and it was a highlight of the trip. Sherma made sure everything was always perfect for us. If we wanted to go somewhere she got every detail taken care of. Clinton, we may have become friends forever! He showed me the ways of fishing from shore. I may come back just to fish with him! Steve, best security guard ever. The entire staff was fantastic. This experience is like staying at a resort without all the people. I highly recommend giving it a try!

There are no words to express how much fun nor how enjoyable this entire vacation was. From day one 7/21 to date, we were pampered to no end. What a great pleasant, friendly staff. The food prepared by our chef was “second to none”. He is the best!! The concierge was knowledgeable and wonderful. The villa manager, butler and all of the rest were above excellent. I want to come back. We loved every minute of this visit. Keep this up and you will have Guests over and over. Amazing, Amazing, Wonderful!!

Nice, beautiful and wonderful place for a small occasion with minimal people. Very private place. The staff, very polite. The only negative is the sign is too small and not enough throughout the road so you may get lost the first time. But it's one entrance same exit to get to and from C'est La Vie.

Very relaxing atmosphere and environment. The minute you walk into the place, it gives a sense of relaxation. The staff and manager are very friendly. The manager is an extremely great host, one of the best. The grounds are beautiful and full of beautiful flower plants, fruit trees, active local birds and biodiversity. There are vanished benches at strategic points to observe some wildlife and nature doing it things. It is an environmentalist's paradise. The attached beach is gorgeous with a white sand that affectionately and softly touches your feet. The pool makes you feel like you are in a very clean tropical river flowing through the Garden of Eden.
